Shipper / Forwarder
Shall be responsible for properly preparing all documents, markings, and labeling of freight to ensure safe and timely transportation.
Air Ground Xpress, Inc (AGX) will not be held liable for any penalties associated with
Documentation, Markings and Mislabeling of freight.
Acceptance of the shipment shall be PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE of Shippers / Forwarders compliance.
Unless a greater value is declared herein, the shipper agrees and declares that the value of the
property is released to an amount not exceeding $50.00 for any shipment of
100 pounds or less and not exceeding 50 cents per pound for shipments in
excess of 100 pounds.
Carrier will not accept any liability
for the following:
Templates, currency, evidences of debts, securities,
precious metals, jewelry, paintings statuary, other works of art.
