Formed in 1981, AGX has become the largest independent airfreight cartage company in Pennsylvania. We now operate three terminals: Clarion, Altoona, and corporate headquarters in Clinton, adjacent to the Pittsburgh Airport.

AGX operates over 150 power units ranging in size from cargo vans to 53' trailers. Specialty equipment includes liftgate trucks, air ride, rollerized, and flatbed trailers

Air Ground Xpress is a customs bonded carrier that offers exclusive use and hotshot deliveries anywhere in the United States and Canada. Our linehaul division provides overnight service to JFK, Newark, and Philadelphia Airports.

Air Ground Xpress is an authorized agent for a number of airlines and freight forwarders, including Bax Global, Emery, Danzas-AEI, and many others.

Through our Inter-Company Move Program, AGX can provide overnight delivery to your customers in Western Pennsylvania at rates competitive with common carrier truckers.
